Why I Created This Space
I built HR for working girls because I know what it feels like to navigate this industry without support, without safety, and without anyone who truly understands. I wanted to create the resource I wish I had — a place where women can breathe, learn, plan, and feel seen without judgment. YOU DON’T HAVE TO PRETEND, PERFORM OR PLAY A ROLE HERE.
